Growthrone retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials unless agreed otherwise in writing.
3. Services, Payments, and Billing
- Service Agreements: The scope of work, timelines, deliverables, and fees for specific marketing or development projects will be outlined in a separate proposal, contract, or invoice.
- Payment Terms: Retainers and project fees are due in advance or according to the agreed milestones specified in your contract. Late payments may result in the suspension or pause of active campaigns, ad management, or development work.
- Third-Party Costs: Budgets for paid advertising platforms (such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) are paid directly by the client to the respective platforms and are separate from Growthrone’s management fees.
4. Results Disclaimer
While we utilize data-backed strategies, industry expertise, and best practices to drive growth, digital marketing and SEO involve external factors outside our control (such as search engine algorithm updates, platform policy changes, and market competition). Consequently, Growthrone does not guarantee specific rankings, exact revenue figures, or specific conversion volumes, unless explicitly stated in a custom written performance contract.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Growthrone, its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
